Effectively lightens hair on the face, arms and legs. An easy-to-use formula that is safe and gentle on skin.

INSTRUCTIONS:

IMPORTANT: Before using this product, do a patch test. Mix as directed and apply to a 1" (2.5 cm) area of skin on the arm. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse off. Do not use if redness, irritation or discomfort occurs within the next 24 hours or if you are using products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids or Retin-A. Directions: 1. Wash the area you plan to bleach with soap and cold water, then pat dry. Do not use warm water. Washing with warm water before use can open pores and increase sensitivity. 2. Combine a 1/4 teaspoon of powder activator with 1/2 teaspoon of cream bleach on the tray provided. Blend mixture well with the spatula. 3. Apply mixture covering the hair completely. 4. After 10 minutes remove mixture with spatula. 5. If hair is not completely lightened, reapply mixture and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes longer. 6. Wash mixture off thoroughly with cold water and pat dry. 7. For bleaching larger areas, mix one part powder with two parts cream, then repeat steps 3-6. 8. Discard any unused mixture. 9. Clean tray and spatula with cold water and dry completely. 10. Close both containers tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place. 11. When bleaching the facial area make sure mixture does not get into your eyes. Should this occur, rinse eyes with cold water immediately. CAUTION Do a patch test on a small area of skin before applying. If any tenderness or irritation occurs during treatment, remove the bleach from your skin at once. Washing with warm water before use can open pores and increase sensitivity. Do not apply near eyes, inside nose, ears, on nipples, scar tissue, warts and moles, or near genital areas. Do not use if you are using products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Do not apply to inflamed, chapped, broken, newly tweezed, sunburned or exfoliated skin. Do not expose treated skin to sunlight for at least 24 hours. Do not use a metal dish or applicator. Use only with tray and spatula provided. If product accidentally gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult physician.
