A conditioning permanent wave that creates curls full of bounce.
Active Form Permanent Wave is a stabilized lotion without ammonia that combines great curling power with excellent hair care. Available in four strengths: 0 for difficult hair, 1 for natural hair, 2 for colored hair and 3 for damaged hair.
HOW TO USE
Wash then towel dry hair. Wet the hair with the chosen lotion and position the rods. Cover with a plastic cap. Leave to develop. The time will vary depending on the hair’s condition, an average of 5 minutes for partially lightened hair, from 20 to 25 for resistant hair. Once the process is complete rinse off with plenty of warm water and follow up by applying Active Form 1+1 neutralizer.
